ICBA Bancard, the payments services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), is partnering with California-based linked2pay, to help community banks help their small business customers manage cashflow and receivables.
linked2pay is the creator of Bank Centric Payments, an online platform to manage payments. Through this alliance, ICBA members will gain access to a payments platform without the operational burdens and costs associated with building their own platform.
“The single platform approach for the delivery of payment solutions is changing the way we all do business,” ICBA Bancard president and CEO Tina Giorgio said. “We see the linked2pay platform as an ideal opportunity to provide a broader range of solutions for the community banks we serve. Ultimately, it’s a solution that will help streamline their process, providing positive results for both the community bank and its customers.”
The cloud-based Bank Centric Payments platform provides registration, underwriting and delivery of Automated Clearing House, remote deposit capture and card payment transactions.
“We are excited that ICBA Bancard has selected our Bank Centric Payments as a preferred payments solution platform for its community bank clients,” Jay McShirley, CEO and chairman of linked2pay, said. “We look forward to empowering community banks through the delivery of payments innovation and automation, and by doing so in a manner that enables them to compete and win in the payments solutions marketplace.”
