The location is the second new Phoenix-area site to open in the past year.

“We’re thrilled to bring our new relationship-focused design to the Scottsdale community with this beautiful new building,” Stephanie Cisneros, U.S. Bank Arizona and Nevada branch banking market leader, said. “Everything about its design provides a more modern banking experience to help prepare clients for whatever is next, allowing our bankers to better interact with our customers and meet their needs more efficiently.”

The branch features specialists in business and commercial banking, wealth management, and mortgage services; a community room customers can rent to hold meetings and gatherings; customer support stations that provide space for one-on-one conversations; and engagement offices.

Last year, U.S. Bank opened a branch in Gilbert, and another branch will open in south Phoenix later this year. More branch openings are planned for 2026. The new branches are part of U.S. Bank’s initiative to expand its presence in Phoenix as the area experiences rapid population growth.

U.S. Bank currently has 49 branches and more than 60 ATMs in Phoenix. It has 347,000 customers, including 27,000 business customers, and has provided 89 SBA loans.
